No single cutoffPlan by year, authority, quota, category and round — never a blended estimateEvery MBBS seat requires NEET-UG qualification and allotment through official counselling. There is no college-side direct-admission route.
This page compares 51 medical colleges across 23 Karnataka cities that admit MBBS through NEET-UG — government and private KEA colleges, deemed universities on MCC counselling, and new private-university campuses — from Bangalore and Mangalore to Mysore, Belgaum, Hubballi-Dharwad, Davangere and Kolar.
Where a management-quota or deemed fee is officially notified, MBBS year-1 fees range from ₹12 L to ₹45 L across the colleges below. Every figure links back to a sourced college page — nothing here is an estimate.
Notified MBBS year-1 figures, surfaced exactly as each sourced college page records them — KEA tiers for state-counselled colleges, institutional fees for deemed-route colleges. “—” means that college has no such tier (or it isn't notified); the college page has the full picture, including NRI tiers and year-wise schedules.
Fee year is each college's own notification cycle — KEA-counselled colleges show the KEA-notified year (typically 2025-26), deemed and private-university colleges show their institutional notification year (often 2026-27). Figures across different years are not directly comparable; each college page links the dated official source.
Figures are the latest notified year recorded on each college page (2025-26 or 2026-27 depending on the college) and are revised annually — open the college page for the year, the full tier schedule and the official source document.
Cutoff / rank planning
Karnataka has no single MBBS cutoff. A usable closing-rank row must name the counselling authority, year, round, quota and category; a KEA category rank and an MCC deemed or All-India rank are not interchangeable. Use a sourced college row where available, then verify it against the official allotment result before option entry.
Use this sequence before building an option list. It keeps exam eligibility, authority, documents and the dated fee notice in one evidence trail.

A “monitor” link is where to check next; it does not mean registration, a schedule, a fee notice, a seat matrix or a cutoff has been published. Previous-cycle documents are labelled reference only.

Compare a rank only when authority, cycle, round, quota or seat pool, category and college all match.
Choose the authority by seat pool. A KEA instruction does not govern an MCC seat, and an MCC notice does not govern a KEA seat.
Use NMC for the cycle-labelled college, course and permitted intake; use the counselling matrix for seats offered in that route.
18 of the colleges above are in and around Bangalore — including BMCRI on the government side, KEA private colleges like KIMS and Vydehi, and minority and deemed-route institutions. They get a dedicated hub with full college cards, fee shelves and Bangalore-specific FAQs.
Beyond Bangalore, Karnataka's MBBS seats cluster along the coast (Mangalore, Manipal) and in the older medical-college towns. The fee shown is the notified management-quota (or deemed) MBBS year-1 figure from each sourced college page.
On the deemed route? Deemed-university colleges across India are compared side by side — institution-notified fees, MCC counselling mechanics and state-quota blocks — on the deemed medical colleges hub.
