Academic infrastructure includes the BGS GIMS Library & Information Centre — 15,000+ medical books, 145 periodicals a year and RGUHS HELINET e-resources, in new premises inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Karnataka in November 2022 — air-conditioned 250-seat lecture theatres, an Advanced Skills Lab & Simulation Centre with high-fidelity simulators, and separate on-campus boys' and girls' hostels (the girls' hostel has at least two blocks) with solar water heating, Wi-Fi and dedicated messes.
