1RVCE management quota admissions are processed through the college management office directly — not through KCET or COMEDK government counselling. Here is the step-by-step process:
2Step 1 — Eligibility Check: Candidates must have passed PUC/12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC Karnataka candidates). A valid KCET, COMEDK, or JEE Main score is preferred but not always mandatory for management quota.
3Step 2 — Contact RVCE Admissions: Message a College AndFees counsellor on Whats App for current seat availability before visiting.edu.in. Management quota seat availability is typically communicated from June onwards after KCET results.
4Step 3 — Document Submission: Submit copies of your 12th marks card, TC, migration certificate, and other required documents for review. Having all documents ready in advance is essential — seats are time-sensitive.
5Step 4 — Merit Review & Seat Offer: RVCE allocates management quota seats based on academic merit (12th PCM marks and entrance exam performance). Students with stronger academic profiles are prioritised. Seats at RVCE move quickly — being prepared with documents and funds ready is critical.
6Step 5 — Fee Payment & Confirmation: On receiving a seat offer, the first-year management quota fee must be paid within 48 hours to confirm the seat. Delay can result in the seat being offered to the next candidate.
