Medical Colleges in Udaipur 2026 — MBBS Fees, Quotas & Seats

4 private medical colleges in and around Udaipur — southern Rajasthan's medical hub — admit MBBS through NEET-UG. They are run by private universities and trusts (Geetanjali University, Sai Tirupati University and the Pacific group), and fill seats on NEET-UG merit through Rajasthan's NEET-UG Medical & Dental Admission / Counselling Board (government / state-quota, management and NRI tiers) — a private college's full intake is filled in state counselling, with no 15% All-India Quota (that applies to government colleges). None is a deemed-to-be university. Campuses across the metro belt (Umarda, Bedwas) are included and labelled.

Rajasthan does not publish one consolidated private-college fee matrix — each college notifies its own government, management and NRI fee, so each figure is shown on the college page where it is notified, with its official source. This hub leans on the verified college directory, the NEET-UG routes and the sanctioned MBBS seats — nothing here is an estimate.

Udaipur's government medical college — RNT (Ravindra Nath Tagore) Medical College — admits through the same state NEET counselling and is out of scope here. This page covers the private colleges we have sourced pages for.

MBBS Colleges in Udaipur — Fees by Quota

Notable institutions first, then alphabetical. The fee shown is the notified MBBS year-1 figure from each sourced college page — the management / private tier — with the government / state-quota figure below the headline where the college has notified it. Rajasthan notifies fees college-wise, so where a tier is not in our sourced packet the card links to the college page for the figure.

On the deemed route? Deemed-to-be-university medical colleges across India admit their entire MBBS intake through MCC's all-India deemed-quota counselling, with institution-notified fees and no state-quota tier. None of Udaipur's colleges is a deemed university — they admit through Rajasthan's state NEET counselling — but if you are weighing deemed options elsewhere, compare them side by side on the deemed medical colleges hub.

How medical seats & fees actually work in Udaipur

Government, management and NRI — same college, same NEET

A Rajasthan medical college notifies the same MBBS seat under three categories: a government / state-quota seat (the subsidised tier, allotted on NEET-UG merit), a management-quota seat and an NRI seat. The degree and the NEET-UG requirement are identical across all three — only the officially notified fee and the seat pool change. State-quota, management and NRI seats are all allotted by the Office of the Chairman, NEET-UG Medical & Dental Admission / Counselling Board, Rajasthan — a private college keeps its full MBBS intake in state counselling, with no 15% All-India Quota carved out of it (the 15% AIQ is a government-college mechanism).

Udaipur's MBBS colleges are run by private universities — not deemed

Udaipur's medical colleges are constituents of private universities and trusts rather than government colleges: Geetanjali Medical College sits under Geetanjali University — a Rajasthan state private university established by the Geetanjali University, Udaipur Act, 2012 (UGC Section 2(f)), not a deemed-to-be university — and Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences is affiliated to Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur. Because none of them is a deemed-to-be university declared under Section 3 of the UGC Act, they do NOT use MCC's all-India deemed-quota counselling; their seats are filled on NEET-UG merit entirely through Rajasthan's state counselling (there is no 15% All-India Quota at a private college — that applies to government colleges). Each college page states its affiliating university and route.

No single state fee matrix — fees are notified college-wise

Unlike Karnataka or Telangana, Rajasthan does not publish one consolidated notification that fixes every private college's government, management and NRI fee. Each college notifies its own structure, so a figure shows on the college page only where that college has published it — “See fee details” means the tier is not notified in our sourced packet for that college, not that it is free. Always confirm the current academic year's fee on the college page, and against the college's own notification, before paying.

Beyond Udaipur

Jaipur, Jodhpur, Rajsamand, Sri Ganganagar, Jhalawar and the rest of Rajasthan — private and deemed colleges alike — are compared in full, route by route and fee tier by fee tier, on the Rajasthan medical colleges hub. For every state, start at the national medical colleges directory.

Sources & verification

Every fee figure on this page is surfaced from a sourced college page on CollegeAndFees, which links its verified sources — the college's own published fee notification, the RUHS and state NEET-board prospectuses and allotment lists, and the NMC seat matrix — and shows when each figure was last verified. Rajasthan notifies private-college fees individually rather than in one consolidated matrix, so each college page carries its own source.
