Why a street 'donation quote' is not an official figure: no JSS, NMC, KEA or MCC document prints any donation, capitation or development head for an MBBS seat. Receipts and the law: collecting any amount beyond the published fee is capitation, which is prohibited; and because every seat requires NEET-UG, a payment cannot substitute for a qualifying score.
