Why a street 'donation quote' is not an official figure: no JSS, NMC, KEA or MCC document prints any donation, capitation or development head for an MBBS seat. The cross-check is unusually strong at this college — the NMC admitted-student list itemises the fee charged to each of the 250 students, and exactly 200 show ₹20,50,000, 38 show ₹34,00,000 and 12 show ₹1,53,571. Nothing above the published tier appears against any student.
Receipts and the law: collecting any amount beyond the published fee is capitation, which is prohibited; and because every seat requires NEET-UG, a payment cannot substitute for a qualifying score. Pay each instalment against an official college receipt and keep the counselling authority's allotment order — those two papers are what protect any later refund claim.

If a consultant's 'all-in' total exceeds the published per-year tiers times the billed years plus documented hostel/mess charges, ask exactly which receipted head the difference falls under — in the official documents, there is none.
