Yes. NCET offers merit-based tuition waivers for top rankers in KCET and COMEDK UGET and specific trust-funded waivers through the Nagarjuna Education Trust for deserving candidates. Karnataka Government post-matric scholarships apply for SC, ST, OBC and minority students as per their annual eligibility rules. What is the minimum eligibility for B.Tech admission at NCET?
Eligibility is the standard AICTE / VTU norm. Candidates must pass class 12 with Physics and Mathematics compulsory, plus Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Electronics as the third science subject, with a minimum 45 percent aggregate in PCM (40 percent for SC, ST and OBC-notified categories from Karnataka). A valid KCET, COMEDK UGET or JEE Main score is required for the respective admission channel.
