KSIT operates a two-building campus at Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru. The central library holds 37,944 volumes, 12,258 online journals and 51,662 e-books, with access through IEEE, Elsevier ScienceDirect, Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis and EBSCO plus the VTU E-Resource Consortium, DELNET and NDLI. The campus has 42 ICT-enabled classrooms and 6 seminar halls, an 800-seat air-conditioned auditorium, departmental laboratories (including AI/IoT, VLSI, DSP, material-testing and CIM labs) and indoor (chess, carrom, table tennis, badminton) and outdoor (cricket, football, basketball, athletics) sports facilities. Sustainability measures include solar power, sensor-based energy conservation, LED lighting, rainwater harvesting and authorised e-waste disposal.
