No. Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) at Harohalli/Kanakapura Road is a private state university established in 2014, while DSCE at Kumaraswamy Layout is a VTU-affiliated autonomous engineering college under the same Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust. Degrees, campuses, fees and admission routes are entirely separate.
