AC twin-sharing rooms cost INR 1.55 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities + electricity); non-AC twin-sharing INR 1.05-1.20 lakh; single-occupancy AC (limited, mostly final-year) INR 2.05 lakh/year. Mess fee separate at INR 60,000-72,000/year covering 4 daily meals. Mess offers Karnataka authentic, North Indian, South Indian, Continental and a separate Jain/vegetarian counter. Each room has cot, study desk, wardrobe, attached bathroom, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi and AC backup.
