Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) and Dayananda Sagar University (DSU) are sister institutions under the Mahatma Gandhi Vidya Peetha Trust. DSCE is the older B.E. institution (established 1979) at Kumaraswamy Layout; DSU is the deemed university (established 2014) at Kudlu Gate, Hosur Road. Many students confuse the two — they are different campuses with different admission processes.
Academics
DSCE runs traditional VTU-autonomous B.E. with 16+ branches centred on CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil and Aerospace.
