The NHCE campus spans approximately 12 acres on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road, located at New Horizon Knowledge Park, Bellandur Main Road, near Marathahalli (Bengaluru 560103). It is about 45 km from Kempegowda International Airport and 2 km from the nearest railway station. Facilities include a 700-seater international-standard auditorium, 30,000+ volume library, three boys' hostels plus two girls' hostels accommodating ~1,200 students combined, Wi-Fi-enabled smart classrooms, and 16 industry-sponsored Centres of Excellence with companies like Amazon, Capgemini, SAP, Cisco, and VMware.

B.E. admission at NHCE is primarily through KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) via KEA counselling for the state government quota.
