MSRIT B.E. admissions run through KCET (~50% seats), COMEDK UGET (~30%) and management/NRI quota (~20%). KCET 2024 General Merit closing ranks were approximately CSE 700-1300, ISE 1500-2500, ECE 2500-4500, EEE 5000-7500, Mechanical 7500-12000, Civil 12000-17000. COMEDK 2024 closing ranks for CSE GM were ~700-1500. Carry to document verification: 10th and 12th marksheets, transfer certificate, conduct/migration certificate, KEA allotment slip, COMEDK rank card if applicable, Aadhaar, six passport photos and the 371-J domicile certificate for Hyderabad-Karnataka students. The first-year fee must be cleared within seven days of seat confirmation by NEFT or DD; late payment results in the seat lapsing and being re-allocated to the next eligible candidate. Foreign nationals and NRIs apply directly to msrit.edu through the international office, with separate fee structures and seat counts.
