About LCG Institute of Polytechnic
LCG Institute of Polytechnic is a polytechnic in Suri, West Bengal, established in 2016. LCG Institute of Polytechnic is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development. LCG Institute of Polytechnic offers 4 programmes. They are Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Computer Science and Technology. Official website identifies LCG Institute of Polytechnic as established in 2016 under Laksman Chandra Ghosh Memorial Society, at Lambodarpur, approximately 5 km from Suri on the Suri–Rampurhat road in Birbhum, affiliated with WBSCTVESD and AICTE. The website references an EOA report for 2025-26, which is older than the requested academic year and was not treated as 2026-27 evidence. The faculty page names staff but does not provide a formal total or dated faculty-strength submission, so no faculty row is returned. Official site states the institute was established in 2016, is managed by the Laksman Chandra Ghosh Memorial Society, and is located at Lambodarpur about 5 km from Suri. The WBSCTVESD listing identifies the unit as self-financed/private and lists CE, CST, EE and ME. The college website exposes an EOA report for 2025-26, but no target-session 2026-27 EOA was located in the reviewed evidence; therefore 2026-27 AICTE course-wise intake and Permanent ID are not reported. Current regulator evidence is not sufficient to report a phone, email, workshops/labs figures, NAAC, NBA or NIRF result.

Fee amount: not published in the official sources we checked fee status source Final re-check: the college's official website does not publish a detailed 2026-27 fee schedule stating a tuition amount or period. The previously disputed Diploma in Engineering & Technology tuition figure is therefore removed rather than retained or converted. The official state fee page located is a generic polytechnic fee document and does not name LCG Institute of Polytechnic, so its figures are not attributed to this college. The college site identifies the institution at Lambodarpur near Suri and mentions AICTE approval material, but no target-year fee schedule, hostel charges, one-time charges, bond, refund terms, instalment schedule, education-loan tie-up, or college-specific scholarship benefit was published on the reviewed official pages.
