Overview
About International Institute of Hotel Management, Kalimpong
International Institute of Hotel Management, Kalimpong is a hotel mgmt college in Kalimpong, West Bengal. International Institute of Hotel Management, Kalimpong is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). International Institute of Hotel Management, Kalimpong offers 3 programmes at undergraduate level. They are Bachelor of Arts (Vs) Tourism Management (Bafvtm), B.Sc. (Hons.) International Hospitality Management and the L6 Top Up and Advanced Programme in International Hospitality Administration. It lists B.Sc (Hons.) in International Hospitality Management with L6 Top Up, and a BA (VS) Tourism Management from IGNOU combined with an Advanced Programme in International Hospitality Administration. The page does not publish campus-specific faculty totals, principal qualification, attendance, exam pattern, medium, research metrics, or numerical facility inventory. NCHMCT search material reviewed did not establish a target-session NCHMCT listing for this exact Kalimpong unit; the official campus page instead presents its listed programmes and awarding bodies. The current IIHM Kalimpong page lists a B.A. (VS) Tourism Management degree from IGNOU plus an IIHM advanced programme, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) International Hospitality Management programme, but does not state NCHMCT affiliation, an NCHMCT institute code, AICTE EoA, or a current university affiliated-college status. THSC/NSDC support and the HRDF certificate-course reference are not regulator recognition. The separate IIHM mandatory-disclosure page names the Kolkata institute and the Director of Technical Education & Training, West Bengal; it should not be attributed to the Kalimpong campus. The institute's current page describes IGNOU as the awarding body for the BA(VS) Tourism Management programme; no sourced degree-awarding body was found for the B.Sc. (Hons.) programme.
