Mess INR 60,000-72,000/year covering 4 daily meals (North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Punjabi rotation, Jain counter). Each room: cot, study desk, wardrobe, attached bathroom, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, AC. Common: AC reading rooms, gym in each block, basketball court, indoor sports halls, swimming pool, food court, ATMs, 24x7 medical room. Curfew 10:30 PM, biometric access.
