AITM occupies a 25-acre lush-green campus at Dr. Suresh C. Angadi Marg, Savagaon Road, Belagavi (Belgaum), Karnataka - 590009. The AICTE EoA letter records the PIN as 590008, a minor primary-source mismatch the institute flags transparently. The campus houses a "Knowledge Center" digital library with VTU Consortium and NDLI access, separate Boys and Girls hostels with Wi-Fi and 24x7 security, department-wise and industry-grade labs, a Virtual Labs Nodal Centre operated with NITK Surathkal, and an incubation unit under K-Tech NAIN.
