About Vishwa Venkateshwara Degree College
Vishwa Venkateshwara Degree College is an arts, science and commerce college in Bengaluru, Karnataka, established in 2020. Vishwa Venkateshwara Degree College is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Bangalore University. Its programmes are approved by AICTE. Vishwa Venkateshwara Degree College offers 3 programmes at undergraduate level. They are Bachelors of Computer Applications, Bachelors of Commerce and Bachelors of Business Administration. The college brochure states that the degree college was established in 2020 and that its degrees are awarded by Bangalore University. Bangalore University’s 2025-26 affiliated-college listing identifies the college as VISHWA VENKATESHWARA DEGREE COLLEGE, Kodipalya, under Viswa Tirumala Education Trust, college code C-66066. The college website’s admissions and brochure materials are labelled 2025-26, while the requested target year is 2026-27; no college-specific 2026-27 prospectus, faculty roster, research disclosure, MoU list, or publication report was located. The 2026-27 academic calendar is therefore the affiliating university calendar. The official college website uses the combined identity “Vishwa Venkateshwara PU and Degree College” and also presents the degree institution as V.V. Degree College. The college brochure states that the degree college was established in 2020; the separate 2007 date refers to the wider Vishwa Venkateshwara group. Those sources identify the same Kodipalya campus and Bangalore University affiliation. A similarly named Venkateshwara Degree College at Margondanahalli under a different trust is a separate institution and was excluded.
