Overview
About Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Evening College
Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Evening College is an arts, science and commerce college in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It is affiliated to Bengaluru City University. Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain Evening College offers 4 programmes at undergraduate level. They are Bachelor of Commerce (BCom – Regular), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA – Regular), PG Diploma and UG courses (except BCA). The college website is presented as current and includes a 2026 admissions link, but the detailed academic regulations located are the BCU SEP/CBCS 2024-25 syllabi. The faculty page is undated and was treated as the current roster. No 2026-27 academic calendar, student-faculty ratio, funded-project total, MoU list or research-centre list was published on the official evening-college pages reviewed. Faculty counts follow the labels on the roster; two faculty are listed under the combined Commerce and Management department, and two teaching entries have no department specified. The current official programme pages identify Bengaluru City University as the affiliating university for the target-year profile. An older placement PDF contains both a Bangalore University affiliation entry and a 2020–21 Bengaluru City University entry; Bangalore University is therefore retained only as a historical/older affiliation.
