About Skybird Aviation
Skybird Aviation is an institution in Bengaluru, Karnataka, established in 2005. Skybird Aviation is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University. Skybird Aviation offers 2 programmes at undergraduate level. They are B B A in Aviation Management and B C A Computer Application. The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 60 seats. The institute is operated under Sharadha Devi Educational Trust and is affiliated with Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University (formerly Bengaluru City University); the official mandatory disclosure states AICTE approval and Aerospace & Aviation Sector Skill Council affiliation. Officially stated degree programmes are 3-year BBA in Aviation Management (50 approved seats) and 3-year BCA (60 approved seats), with additional diploma/certificate aviation and hospitality training. Principal: Kemparaj B G. The official disclosure does not provide a dated faculty total, attendance rule, examination pattern, medium, research metrics, laboratory count, or named MoU year. The available official evidence did not establish listing in UGC, AISHE, UGC-DEB, DGCA FTO/CAR 147 or other regulator lists; this is not evidence of non-recognition. The 2026-04 mandatory disclosure is the current-year evidence used for 2026-27 where applicable. The corrected Bengaluru City University college-wise intake/list document is explicitly for academic year 2025-26, not 2026-27; the affiliation year is therefore recorded as 2025 (2025-26), and the regulator-list session is corrected accordingly. The institution describes itself as an aviation professional training institute and offers aviation-management, BCA and skill/diploma courses.
