About Sitadevi Ratan Chand Nahar Adarsh Evening College (SRN Adarsh Evening College)
Sitadevi Ratanchand Nahar Adarsh Evening College is an arts, science and commerce college in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Sitadevi Ratanchand Nahar Adarsh Evening College is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University. Sitadevi Ratanchand Nahar Adarsh Evening College offers 3 programmes, 1 at undergraduate level and 1 at postgraduate level. They are Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com) and UG courses (except BCA). The published roster names 12 faculty members; no student-faculty ratio, faculty head, or Ph.D. count is stated. No exact-college funded projects, research centre, recent publication count, or MoU list was published in the official sources reviewed. The college's current B.Com page and the BCU SEP 2024 B.Com syllabus describe a three-year, six-semester regular programme. A college-hosted older B.Com syllabus labelled academic year 2022-23 onward contains a fourth-year honours/research structure, but it was not treated as the current 2026-27 offering. The current official evening-college pages use the name Sitadevi Ratanchand Nahar Adarsh Evening College and the short forms SRN Adarsh Evening College and Adarsh Evening College. The college identifies itself as a Jain institution managed by Adarsh Vidya Sangh and affiliated with Dr. Manmohan Singh Bengaluru City University. The 1971 date refers to the educational journey of Adarsh Vidya Sangh/group, not clearly to the evening college. Official pages are undated but presented as current for the target academic year. Contact pages publish differing phone numbers.
