Saveetha runs an extensive on-campus hostel system on its 100-acre Thandalam campus near Chennai. First-year B.Tech students are typically allocated triple-sharing rooms with double and single occupancy from the second year by seniority. Annual hostel and mess fees for 2025-26 broadly fall in the ₹1,30,000-1,80,000 range inclusive of mess. Mess service includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options across multiple mess centres serving North Indian, South Indian (Tamil cuisine) and Continental rotations. Wi-Fi, hot-water geysers, gymnasium access, study lounges and CCTV are standard.
