Nirma University offers separate boys and girls hostels totaling 14 blocks accommodating ~3,800 students. Boys hostels (B1 through B9) and Girls hostels (G1 through G5) are AC and non-AC variants. Non-AC double-occupancy room costs INR 1.05 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities). AC twin-sharing rooms cost INR 1.55 lakh/year. Single AC rooms (limited, mostly final-year) are INR 2.0 lakh/year. Mess fee is separate at INR 50,000-55,000/year and follows a swipe-card meal plan with North Indian, Gujarati-Jain, South Indian and Continental rotations.
