Overview

About NIF Global Pune Kothrud

NIF Global Pune Kothrud is an institution in Pune, Maharashtra. Its programmes are approved by AICTE. NIF Global Pune Kothrud offers 2 programmes at undergraduate level. They are B.Des in Fashion Design and B.Des in Interior Design. NIF Global Pune Kothrud is the former NIFD Global Pune Kothrud and is operated by Shri Bhagirathi Educations as a franchisee/training partner of NIF Global Corporate. The official site identifies the campus at 1st Floor, 7/B, Rambaug Colony, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune 411038. It states that certificate, diploma and advanced-diploma programmes are affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Skill Development, while B.Voc, M.Voc, B.Des and M.Des programmes are delivered with Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim: the university handles theory and NIF handles practical sessions. The website describes labs and industry-standard software but gives no lab count. Reviewed source scope: Exact Kothrud centre in MSU registration; practical training partner and certificate board claims distinct from statutory affiliation. Advertised programme names are preserved as institution statements. A degree title or partner logo alone does not establish current campus authorisation, admission availability, or the awarding arrangement. Years apply only where the linked source explicitly states them. Design institute/franchise-centre identity; not an NID/NIFT/FDDI/IIT Act institute. The site separately claims Maharashtra State Board of Skill Development affiliation for certificate programmes. No official establishment year, regulator code, NAAC/NIRF/NBA standing, intake, or campus numeric facilities were published in the reviewed official pages. For 2026-27, the site advertises online fashion/interior certificate, diploma and advanced-diploma enrolment and states that admissions do not require an entrance examination; these are institution claims, not evidence of state CET participation.
