Mahindra University offers a fully residential campus model — 100% of BTech first-year and second-year students live on-campus across 6 hostel blocks (4 boys, 2 girls). Boys hostels: A1, A2, B1, B2 (alphanumeric naming with single-floor designations). Girls hostels: G1 and G2. AC twin-sharing rooms cost INR 1.95 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities + electricity); single-occupancy AC (limited, mostly final-year and PhD scholars) INR 2.65 lakh/year. Mess fee separate at INR 75,000-85,000/year covering 4 daily meals — includes North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Telugu authentic, Maharashtrian, Punjabi and a separate vegetarian-Jain counter. Each room has cot, study desk, wardrobe, attached bathroom, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi and AC. Common amenities: AC reading rooms, indoor sports halls (TT, carrom), gym in each block, basketball court, swimming pool, tuck shops, ATMs, cafe and a 24x7 medical room. Curfew: 11:00 PM for boys, 10:30 PM for girls; out-pass with parental call-back protocol. Campus is fully residential and gated with biometric access. Bus shuttles connect to Hyderabad Hi-Tech City, Banjara Hills and the airport. Hostel allotment is automatic at admission — no separate application.
