CBIT Hyderabad operates 6 hostel blocks (4 boys, 2 girls) accommodating 2,400+ students. Boys hostels: Aryabhatta, Vivekananda, Tagore and Bhaskara. Girls hostels: Sarojini and Indira. First-year and second-year students must stay on campus; third and fourth-year is optional. Twin-sharing AC rooms cost INR 1.5 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities + electricity); non-AC twin-sharing INR 95,000-1.05 lakh; single-occupancy AC (limited, mostly final-year and PhD) INR 2.0 lakh/year. Mess fee separate at INR 50,000-58,000/year covering 4 daily meals.

The CBIT Founder Scholarship awards INR 25,000-50,000 to academically excellent students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds (family income below INR 4 lakh).
