Overview

About Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science

Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science is an engineering college in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, established in 2002. Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science offers 10 programmes, 5 at undergraduate level and 3 at postgraduate level. These include Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering, Bachelor of Technology in AI & Data Science, Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering, among others. Official site identifies the institution as Lakshmi Narain College of Technology and Science (LNCTS/LNCT Indore), Bhawrasala, Reoti Range, Sanwer Road, Indore, and states AICTE approval with affiliation to RGPV, Bhopal; MBA is additionally affiliated to DAVV, Indore. The official site presents admissions as open for 2026-27. It reports 5 research centres, 25+ startups incubated, 150+ patents filed, 2000+ research publications and 500+ industry projects; these are retained only as narrative claims because the schema does not support plus-range numeric values. The site also states a Central Research Facility with 20+ high-end instruments, but no exact laboratory count was published. Official pages identify the engineering unit as LNCTS Indore, sometimes as RIT. The college website states AICTE approval and RGPV affiliation for technical programmes; MBA is separately affiliated to DAVV. The official site contains inconsistent postal presentation (453551 on the homepage and 453555 in repeated contact text); 453551 is used because it is stated in the principal homepage identity block. An older official page states 2004 and names H.K. Education Trust, while the current LNCTS page states 2002 and Rishiraj Singh Memorial Welfare Society; this identity/history discrepancy should be resolved against the target-year EoA.
