Overview
About Jaipur Occupational Therapy College
Jaipur Occupational Therapy College is an allied health college in Jaipur, Rajasthan, established in 2004. It is affiliated to Maharaj Vinayak Global University. Jaipur Occupational Therapy College offers 2 programmes, 1 at undergraduate level and 1 at postgraduate level. They are Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and Master of Occupational Therapy. The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 120 seats. Jaipur Occupational Therapy College was established in 2004 and became a constituent college of Maharaj Vinayak Global University (MVGU) in 2012. The official college site lists BOT, MOT and Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy; MVGU's official programme list states BOT as 4 years with 60 seats per section and MOT as 2 years with 60 seats per section. MVGU is a Rajasthan private university established under Act No. 6 of 2012 and recognized by UGC under Section 2(f). The college site reports RCM Health Care Services support for overseas examination preparation and placements, but does not publish a dated MoU validity. No exact 2026-27-specific faculty, attendance, medium, or programme approval-session details were identified in the reviewed official material. The college website states that JOTC began with Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2004, was formerly affiliated with the University of Rajasthan and Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, and became a constituent college of MVGU in 2012. MVGU's official programme list identifies the unit as College Code D and lists BOT and MOT. The RUHS affiliated-colleges page opened for this review did not contain a JOTC entry; this is consistent with the later transition to MVGU constituent status. The input website mvgu.ac.in is the parent university site; the unit's own official site is jotc.ac.in. No current 2026-27 regulator or counselling list was located in the reviewed official material.
