IIIT Vadodara — Fees, Placements & Admission 2026

B.Tech tuition fee at IIIT Vadodara for 2026-27 is approximately Rs 1.8-2.2 lakh per year, in line with the standardised fee schedule notified by the Ministry of Education for PPP-model IIITs.
