AC twin-sharing rooms cost INR 1.45 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities + electricity); non-AC twin-sharing INR 95,000-1.10 lakh; single-occupancy AC (limited, mostly final-year) INR 1.95 lakh/year. Mess fee separate at INR 60,000-72,000/year covering 4 daily meals. Mess offers North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Punjabi, Bengali rotation, and a separate Jain/vegetarian counter.

Galgotias University offers a Merit Scholarship that waives 25-100% of tuition for top JEE Main / GUAT scorers — JEE Main top 5,000 AIR get 100% tuition waiver; ranks 5,001-15,000 get 75%; ranks 15,001-30,000 get 50%; ranks 30,001-50,000 get 25%. The Galgotias Founders Scholarship (named after Mr. Sunil Galgotia, founder) supports 50 students annually with 50-100% tuition waiver based on financial need (family income under INR 4 lakh) plus academic merit (12th >85%).
