Overview

About Bapu Degree College

Bapu Degree College is an arts, science and commerce college in Bengaluru, Karnataka, established in 2006. Bapu Degree College is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Bengaluru City University. Bapu Degree College offers 4 programmes at undergraduate level. They are Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application and Bachelor of Commerce (Evening). The official college website currently displays an older admission banner for 2024–25, so no college-published 2026–27 faculty or research figures were identified. The 2026–27 academic calendar and university regulations are therefore used for the academic framework. The official site uses both Yeshwanthpur and Yeshwanthapura for the campus at PIN 560022. The current university listing identifies Bapu Degree College, Yeshwanthapura as a private college of Bengaluru City University for 2025–26, while the college's available admission notice is for 2024–25. The college page states that the college began in 2006; the separate 1968 date refers to Bapu Scientific and Educational Association, not the degree college.
