Overview
About United University
United University is an university in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, established in 2021. United University is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to United University. United University offers 21 programmes, 12 at undergraduate level and 6 at postgraduate level. These include Faculty of Engineering & Technology: 3 programmes (UG), Faculty of Pharmacy: 2 programmes (UG), Faculty of Law: 3 programmes (UG), Faculty of Law: 1 programme (PG) and Faculty of Agriculture: 1 programme (UG), among others. United University is a private university in Prayagraj established in 2021 under the Uttar Pradesh private-university framework. The university website reports 250 faculty members, while its Institutional Development Plan reports approximately 4,250 students and five international university MoUs; the MoU counterparties are not named in the cited extract, so they are not listed as tie-ups. The university offers PhD programmes and its 2026 ordinances establish English instruction, CBCS/credit-semester evaluation and a 75% attendance requirement. No university-wide dated faculty category breakdown, hospital, clinical posting, or named industry/research MoU was sufficiently supported by the retrieved official evidence. The university website identifies Shiv Ram Das Gulati Memorial Society as the administering society. The website also reports United Group's 1998 origin, which is not the university's establishment year. Official pages contain conflicting campus-area claims (150 acres in the university's 2025-2035 IDP; 250/260 acres on other pages), so only the dated 150-acre figure is recorded.
