Overview
About Oxford College of Physiotherapy
The Oxford College of Physiotherapy is an allied health college in Bengaluru, Karnataka, established in 1996. The Oxford College of Physiotherapy is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The Oxford College of Physiotherapy offers 3 programmes, 1 at undergraduate level and 1 at postgraduate level. They are Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) and PhD in Physiotherapy. The college website gives the address as 6/9A, Begur Main Road, Hongasandra, Bengaluru 560068 and describes BPT as a 4.5-year programme with six months of rotatory internship. The current principal message names Dr. J. Jayaprakash, MPT, Ph.D.; an older contact page names Dr. R. Vasanthan, P.T., Ph.D., indicating an unresolved website inconsistency. Faculty page lists 20 names but does not provide ranks, date, PhD counts, or ratio. No authoritative 2026-27-specific evidence was found for exam pattern, medium of instruction, research metrics, industry tie-ups, or a current parent-hospital arrangement. The college is a constituent of The Oxford Educational Institutions/Children’s Education Society and is affiliated with RGUHS. The official RGUHS list opened covers 2025-26, not 2026-27. The website also uses both 6/9 and 6/9A address forms; the current college page gives 6/9A.

Oxford College of Physiotherapy admissions
The college's admissions page describes direct application through the college: submit marks cards for verification, message a College And Fees counsellor on Whats App for fee and payment instructions, and submit payment proof. It describes BPT and MPT admissions, but the page contains older-cycle wording and does not establish a 2026-27 counselling route. Admission source
