Overview
About Sinhgad College of Architecture, Vadgaon
Sinhgad College of Architecture is an architecture college in Pune, Maharashtra, established in 2000. Sinhgad College of Architecture is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sinhgad College of Architecture offers 3 programmes, 1 at undergraduate level and 2 at postgraduate level. They are Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture (Architectural Conservation) and Master of Architecture (Computer Application). The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 200 seats. Official COA 2026-27 approval lists institution code MH33, B.Arch intake 80, and 20 each for M.Arch Architectural Conservation and M.Arch Computer Application, all approved through 2026-2027. The college's 2026-27 eligibility PDF advertises 160 B.Arch seats, while its 2024-25 annual report also states 160; this conflicts with the current COA UG list, so the COA figure should be treated as the regulator-sanctioned intake. The annual report is older than the target year but is the latest official institutional report located. Parent hospital is not applicable to this architecture college. The official infrastructure document reports 35.45 hectares; the value is retained under metric 'other' because the schema has no hectares metric. The college website's older page says AICTE-approved, while current architecture approval is evidenced by COA; AICTE wording is historical/contextual for architecture. COA UG and PG pages opened for 2026-27; diploma, closure, ITPI, AICTE EOA and Maharashtra counselling lists were not verified in this pass. The official website has older 2023-24 admission pages, so no current 2026-27 admission route or fee is asserted.
