It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. The programme offered is Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS). The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 40 seats. The institution is the BNYS unit variously named Shri Jagadguru Gurusiddeshwar Co-operative Hospital Society's Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences College / Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences College, Ghataprabha. Bhoopalapur Naturopathy and Yogic Science Centre is reported by the society to have 50 beds, 8 special rooms and 5 cottages. The input master name uses 'Shri J.G. Co-operative Hospital Society'; the official page identifies the operating society as Shri Jagadguru Gurusiddeshwar Co-operative Hospital Society Ltd. BNYS has no NCISM/NCH permission-list row because it is a naturopathy and yoga programme rather than Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha or Sowa-Rigpa. The 40-seat figure is the college's stated intake for 2017-18 and is not verified as the 2026-27 sanctioned or counselling intake. The official site is a shared society/nursing site rather than a dedicated BNYS domain. The 50-bed Smt. P.B. Bhoopalapur Naturopathy and Yogic Science Centre is reported by the society; the source does not explicitly state that all beds are functional or provide OPD/IPD occupancy figures.
