Overview
About Ranganathan Architecture College (RAC)
Ranganathan Architecture College is an architecture college in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Ranganathan Architecture College offers 1 programme at undergraduate level. The programme offered is Bachelor of Architecture. The supplied master name is Ranganathan Architecture College (RAC), while the official page identifies the unit as the School of Architecture at Sri Sai Ranganathan Engineering College, Thondamuthur, Coimbatore. The official page names 23 architecture-school personnel, including Principal Ar. E. Santhosh Kumar, M.Arch., Professor & Design Chair Ar. A.E. Gunasekaran, and Professor & HoD Ar. N. Kirubasankar, M.Arch. It mentions library and infrastructure but does not publish a count of architecture laboratories, attendance, examination pattern, medium, research metrics, or architecture-specific industry tie-ups. The central-library page reports 494 architecture books and 185 titles, but this is a college-wide library page. The COA 2026-27 UG and PG pages retrieved did not show this institution; therefore no 2026-27 COA intake, institution code, approval-period status, or approved-until session is recorded. This is not evidence that the programme is unapproved; it is an unresolved current-session verification gap. The supplied master name resolves to the School of Architecture operating within Sri Sai Ranganathan Engineering College; the official site labels the unit “School of Architecture,” while Anna University lists the master name. The official COA 2026-27 UG approval page was identified, but an attributable RAC row, COA code, intake and approval-period cell were not confirmed from the available evidence. The official site does not publish a separate architecture-unit establishment year, trust name or pincode on the architecture page.
