NIF Global South Mumbai Fees 2026-27, Courses & Admission

NIF Global South Mumbai is a design college in Mumbai, Maharashtra. NIF Global South Mumbai is privately managed and self-financing. NIF Global South Mumbai offers 18 programmes, 4 at undergraduate level and 2 at postgraduate level. These include Bvoc in Fashion Design, Bvoc in Interior Design, BDes in Fashion Design, BDes in Interior Design and Mvoc in Fashion Design, among others. Current official pages identify the institution as NIF Global South Mumbai, formerly NIFD South Mumbai/NIFD Global, at Kimatrai Building, Marine Lines, Mumbai. The 2026–27 admission page states 10+2 or 10+3 vocational/polytechnic eligibility, no entrance examination and no maximum age limit; it also states a 50% aggregate requirement for 12th-grade or graduation applicants. Official course pages name Medhavi Skills University as the affiliating university for the B.Des/B.Voc interior-design pathway, while the accreditation page separately describes Maharashtra State Board of Skill Development certification routes. The site publishes semester-wise curricula but does not publish campus-specific faculty totals, attendance minimum, medium of instruction, research metrics, or exact studio/lab counts. Claims such as NSDC approval and placement assistance are not treated as degree recognition or quantified placement outcomes without a regulator or dated institutional report. Current official pages identify this as a private design-training school, formerly NIFD Global, offering fashion and interior design courses. The college site explicitly states that its MSBSD relationship provides certification and that MSBVE awards the certificate; no official university affiliated-college or current regulator page naming this South Mumbai centre as a degree-awarding college was located. The site describes Medhavi Skills University as a collaboration for some skill programmes, including theory/practical delivery, but does not itself establish this centre as a constituent or affiliated university college. Therefore no university affiliation, degree-awarding body, intake, ranking, accreditation grade, facilities figure or establishment year is recorded. The UGC February 2026 fake-university and defaulter pages do not list NIF Global, NIFD Global, New York Institute of Fashion or Medhavi Skills University. Former-name references are historical, not a separate institution.
