The official principal page describes the institution as autonomous, while the mandatory disclosure names Anna University as the affiliating university; this status relationship should be verified against the target-year approval/admission documents. The 2025-26 disclosure reports NBA accreditation for Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, and Information Technology for academic years 2024-25 through 2026-27, valid to 30-06-2027. The AICTE IDEA Lab was sanctioned on 25-04-2025 and inaugurated on 07-05-2025. No target-year 2026-27 AICTE course-wise EoA/intake, detailed faculty counts, attendance minimum, medium, exam pattern, quantified research outputs, or principal qualification was supported by the reviewed official pages. The college website and Anna University list identify this engineering unit as autonomous and affiliated with Anna University. The claim remains college-reported only and is not regulator-confirmed. TNEA 2025/2026 search results use the autonomous-campus address wording “Vengaivasal Main Road, Gowrivakkam”; this was not silently substituted for the college website’s current Santhosapuram address.
