National Institute of Technology Agartala is an engineering college in Agartala, Tripura, established in 1965. It is affiliated to National Institute of Technology Agartala. National Institute of Technology Agartala offers 33 programmes, 9 at undergraduate level and 23 at postgraduate level. NIT Agartala is an Institute of National Importance established from Tripura Engineering College on 1 April 2006; the current official website identifies Prof. S. K. Patra as Director.
