About Meenakshi College of Engineering
Meenakshi College of Engineering is an engineering college in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, established in 2001. Meenakshi College of Engineering is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The official MAHER website identifies MAHER as a deemed-to-be university and explicitly lists engineering among its PhD disciplines; it also lists one recognised Engineering PhD supervisor, Dr. Ponmurugan Panneer Selvam (Professor). Therefore engineering-unit faculty, principal, laboratories, partnerships, attendance, medium and examination pattern are not reported here. MAHER's current official constituent-unit pages do not list a Faculty of Engineering & Technology or engineering degrees; the engineering unit at the same address is Meenakshi College of Engineering (MCE), which has its own official website, AICTE Permanent ID and AICTE approval documents. The located AICTE approval is for 2024-25, not the requested 2026-27; no 2026-27 EoA or engineering intake was verified.
