Overview
About Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya
Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya is an institution in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University, Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad State University). Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya offers 6 programmes, 4 at undergraduate level and 2 at postgraduate level. These include B.A. (Humanities), Bachelor in Science, Bachelor in Computer Application, Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Arts, among others. Resolved unit: Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya, the degree-awarding arts/science college within the umbrella Maa Gayatri Group of Institutions; PRSU (formerly Allahabad State University) college code 1183. The official programme page lists B.A. Humanities, B.Sc., BCA and BBA; B.Pharm belongs to the separate sibling Maa Gayatri College of Pharmacy and is not attributed here. Other siblings named by the official site are Maa Gayatri Private ITI and Maa Gayatri Institute of Pharmacy & Paramedical Sciences. The official site does not publish a unit-specific principal, dated faculty total, attendance rule, examination pattern, medium, research metrics, exact laboratory count, or 2026-27-specific academic evidence. UGC's February 2026 fake-university list names other Uttar Pradesh entities, not Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya; this is not evidence of inclusion in any UGC college list. The input name is a group umbrella. The resolved degree-awarding unit is Maa Gayatri Mahavidyalaya, an affiliated general degree college, not the pharmacy or ITI units. The official site lists BA, BSc, BCA, BBA, MA and MSc; it also lists ITI Electrician under the same campus page, but the ITI is treated as a separate sibling/unit for classification purposes. The site uses the historical affiliation name Allahabad State University and identifies PRSU code 1183. No official establishment year, pincode, NAAC/NIRF/NBA result, AISHE code, or target-year 2026-27 regulator/list entry was established from the cited evidence.
