Overview
About Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies (KIRAS)
Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies is a management college in New Delhi, Delhi, established in 2000. It is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Kalka Institute for Research and Advanced Studies offers 1 programme at undergraduate level. The programme offered is Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 10 seats. The institute's own current programme description lists B.Ed. and BCA; GGSIPU's 2025-26 institute list likewise lists B.Ed. (100) and BCA (60), not a management programme. The website has inconsistent director information: the faculty page lists Dr. Anju Mehrotra as Director, while another page extraction lists Dr. Shubham Saxena; the faculty-page entry is used here because it provides the named designation within the institute's teaching-staff roster. Faculty counts are split between Education and Computer Science and are not management-faculty counts. The official 2025-26 GGSIPU listing identifies this New Delhi unit as offering B.Ed. and BCA, not MBA, PGDM or MCA; therefore it does not resolve as a management institute for the supplied discipline. The prior/latest-affiliation value of 2026 is unsupported: the current official listing covers academic session 2025-26, so the normalized year is 2025. The older 2018-19 GGSIPU page is historical and does not support a 2026 value.
