Overview
About JBR Architecture College
J.B.R. Architecture College is an architecture college in Ranga Reddy, Telangana, established in 2012. J.B.R. Architecture College is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad. J.B.R. Architecture College offers 3 programmes, 1 at undergraduate level and 2 at postgraduate level. They are Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture (Environmental Design) and Master of Architecture (Interior Design). The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 120 seats. Official pages identify the institution as J.B.R. Architecture College, established in 2012 by Joginpally B.R. Educational Society, at Bhaskar Nagar, Yenkapally, Moinabad, Rangareddy District, Telangana. JNAFAU's affiliated-college listing confirms B.Arch and M.Arch (Environmental Design and Interior Design) for this institution and, as of 2026, lists J. Gayatri as Director and Mohammed Munavar Pasha as Principal; the college's own current faculty page identifies Ar. J. Gayatri as Principal and Director. The college website states that 2026-27 admissions are open. Its admissions page gives eligibility based on 2023 COA guidelines (10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics, each with 50% aggregate) and says no lateral admission is allowed; these figures are not treated as a 2026-27-specific notification. No authoritative COA 2026-27 institution-row intake or approval-period value was retrieved, so it is not included. The facilities page explicitly lists studios, a 250-seat open-air theatre, two-level/digital library, 40-system computer lab, construction yard and materials museum. The official site uses Hyderabad in branding, while the campus is in Yenkapally, Moinabad, Ranga Reddy District. COA UG 2026 lists TS08, B.Arch commencement in 2012 and intake 80 for 2026-27. COA PG, diploma, closure, legacy-status, ITPI and Telangana architecture seat-matrix lists were not opened in this pass; therefore no additional programme-level regulator status is asserted. M.Arch offerings and intakes are college-reported and are not treated as COA 2026-27 list evidence.
