Overview
About Gyan Sarover Vidhyapeeth
Gyansarover Vidyapeeth Nursing & Paramedical College is an allied health college in Patna, Bihar, established in 2016. Gyansarover Vidyapeeth Nursing & Paramedical College is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University. Gyansarover Vidyapeeth Nursing & Paramedical College offers 7 programmes at undergraduate level. These include Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT), Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (Dmlt) and Diploma in X-Ray Technician (Dmr), among others. Official college pages list allied-health programmes including BPT, BOT, BMLT, DMLT, DMR and DOTA. The college's mandatory-disclosure page claims affiliation with Bihar University of Health Sciences and Aryabhatta Knowledge University and recognition by the Government of Bihar Health Department, but does not provide programme-wise approval status, session, or sanctioned intake. Bihar Government's college database lists Gyansarover Vidyapeeth as an active private institution in Patna, affiliated with both universities; the historical AKU listing assigns college code 399 (2021-22 and 2022-23), while the Bihar database shows college code 22410. No authoritative publication located for 2026-27 states a parent/teaching hospital, clinical tie-ups, faculty totals, principal identity, academic regulations, attendance, or medium of instruction. The official About page mentions five specialised research institutes, but does not publish a recognised PhD-centre status, guide count, publication count, patents, or funded-project figures. Current-year status should be confirmed directly with the college and the relevant university before student-facing claims are made. The college website identifies the institution under the Gyansarover Foundation and claims affiliation with both Aryabhatta Knowledge University and Bihar University of Health Sciences; the AKU affiliated-college listing provides the stronger independently traceable affiliation evidence and prints college code 399. The current AKU list page was opened but its session-specific table was not rendered in the retrieved page.
