Overview
About Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College is an engineering college in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu, established in 2001. Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College is autonomous. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College offers 17 programmes, 11 at undergraduate level and 6 at postgraduate level. These include B.E. Aeronautical Engineering, B.E. Biomedical Engineering, B.E. Computer Science and Engineering, B.E. Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) and B.E. Civil Engineering, among others. The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 1323 seats. The master name resolves to Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College (DSEC), an autonomous engineering institution at Thuraiyur Road, Perambalur 621212; the official host is dsengg.ac.in. It is described as affiliated to Anna University and autonomous under UGC/Anna University. The official mandatory-disclosure page lists 11 UG and 6 PG programmes with intakes, but no target-year 2026-27 AICTE EoA reference was published in the reviewed material. Current official pages state NBA accreditation for AERO, BME, CSE, ECE, EEE, IT and MECH; the cited principal page says NAAC A validity through 2025, so current 2026-27 validity is not established. Faculty evidence is an undated current departmental list for CSE only, not an institution-wide total. Parent hospital and clinical tie-ups are not applicable to engineering. The supplied master name appears to be an abbreviated or legacy identity. The current official college site and Anna University list identify the Perambalur unit as Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College (Autonomous), not a separate current unit named only Srinivasan Engineering College.
