Overview
About Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering (DACE)
Dhaanish Chennai College of Engineering is an engineering college in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, established in 2002. Dhaanish Chennai College of Engineering is autonomous. It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. Dhaanish Chennai College of Engineering offers 8 programmes at undergraduate level. These include B.E. Computer Science and Engineering, B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering, B.E. Robotics and Automation Engineering and B.Tech. Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, among others. The official approvals page lists an AICTE EOA report for 2026-27, but the report's course-level intake, application number and Permanent ID were not recoverable from the accessible evidence. Research/incubation facilities named by the college include TRIC, the Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Research and the Dhaanish School of Intellectual Powerhouse. The About page names Dr. K. Senthamil Selvan, B.E., M.E., Ph.D. as Principal; an older governing-council page names Dr. Rahila J as Principal, so the current About-page designation is used. No dated college-specific faculty totals, attendance rule, medium, exam pattern, or laboratory count were published in the evidence reviewed. The official site identifies the institution as Dhaanish Chennai College of Engineering, formerly Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering. The 2026-27 AICTE EOA is linked on the college approvals page, but the underlying EOA document and course-wise intake were not opened in this pass; therefore no AICTE application number, Permanent ID, or approved intake is asserted.
