Single-occupancy AC rooms (default for all) cost INR 1.85 lakh per academic year (rent + amenities + electricity); twin-sharing AC for first year only INR 1.45 lakh/year. Mess fee separate at INR 65,000-78,000/year covering 4 daily meals (Gujarati, North Indian, South Indian, Continental, Jain counter). Each room: cot, study desk, wardrobe, attached bathroom, 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, AC, biometric access.
