First-year B.Tech students typically get triple-occupancy rooms with double rooms from the second year and single rooms from the third year by seniority. Annual hostel and mess fees for 2025-26 are heavily subsidised — typically ₹35,000-65,000 per academic year inclusive of mess given Maharashtra state-government subsidy. Mess service includes vegetarian (with strong Maharashtrian cuisine), non-vegetarian and Jain options across hostels with student-elected mess secretaries.
