Overview
About BRILLIANT INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY
Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology is an engineering college in Hyderabad, Telangana, established in 2008. Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology is autonomous. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. Brilliant Institute of Engineering and Technology offers 18 programmes, 9 at undergraduate level and 4 at postgraduate level. These include B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering, B.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, B.Tech CSE (AI & ML), B.Tech CSE (Cyber Security) and B.Tech CSE (Data Science), among others. The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 936 seats. The official admissions page advertises 2026-27 and states a B.Tech approved intake of 660, but this response does not treat the college's page as a substitute for an opened target-year AICTE EoA course table. The website's laboratories page says 40+ laboratories, but no exact college-wide count was published. Faculty data are not available as a dated college-wide total; the included row is only the explicitly listed CSE (Cyber Security) department page. Research evidence supports an institutional R&D Cell and stated publication/funding objectives, but no exact college-specific counts for recognised guides, publications, patents or funded projects were published in the reviewed official pages. The college is associated with Brilliant Group of Technical Institutions; no sibling unit is attributed here without unit-specific evidence.
