About Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology
Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology is an engineering college in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, established in 2000. It is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Its programmes are approved by AICTE. Babu Banarsi Das Institute of Technology offers 5 programmes at undergraduate level. They are B.Tech – Computer Science & Engineering, B.Tech – Civil Engineering, B.Tech – Electronics & Communication Engineering, B.Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering and B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering. The stated sanctioned intake across these programmes totals 300 seats. The college website identifies BBDIT as an AICTE-recognized institute affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. The site reports an MSME-approved Entrepreneurship Development/Incubation Center and names training and internship partners, but provides no dated 2026-27 faculty, AICTE EoA course-intake, NBA, NIRF, NAAC, or current counselling evidence in the reviewed pages. Therefore no target-year AICTE programme approval figure is asserted. The college site also reports B.Tech college code 035. No NBA accreditation was found in the retrieved NBA search results. The current college site says management-quota seats for 2026-27 are filled; this is not a state counselling seat-matrix result. Address is taken from the college's official brochure. BBDIT College of Pharmacy is a separate sibling unit under the same trust and its figures are not merged here.
