About Z A Royal College of Nursing
Z A Royal College of Nursing is a nursing college in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Z A Royal College of Nursing is privately managed and self-financing. It is affiliated to Ranchi University. Z A Royal College of Nursing offers 3 programmes at undergraduate level. They are B.Sc. Nursing (Basic), Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (Anm) and General Nursing & Midwifery (G N M). Official website identifies the institution as ZA Royal College of Nursing, Irba, NH-33, Ranchi 835217, operating under FGI. The B.Sc. Nursing page states eligibility of 10+2 Science with 45% aggregate (5% SC/ST relaxation), minimum age 17, written examination and interview, medical fitness, mandatory hostel residence, and examination rules following Ranchi University. The GNM page carries a conflicting title naming Florence College of Nursing and was not used to attribute additional facts. The official college site identifies the unit as Z A Royal College of Nursing, operating under the aegis of FGI, at Irba, N.H.33, Ranchi - 835217. It advertises B.Sc. Nursing, GNM and ANM, so the resolved unit is mixed. The B.Sc. course page says its rules follow Ranchi University, but the current Ranchi University affiliated-college pages and the university's 2022-23/2023-24 nursing-affiliation notification do not list this college; affiliation status and college code therefore remain unverified. The GNM special-round value is 27 and belongs to JCECEB PDF 1918; the previously cited 1918 PDF is in fact the GNM matrix, not a B.Sc. entry. The B.Sc. Nursing (Basic) special-round value is 25 and belongs to JCECEB PDF 1919. Earlier B.Sc. vacancy figures of 28 (PDF 1821) and 24 (PDF 1873) are different counselling rounds and are not merged with the special-round value. The GNM page title contains the unrelated text 'Florence College Of Nursing Ranchi'; this is treated as a page-level naming inconsistency, not as evidence that the unit is Florence College.

admission sourceFor B.Sc. Nursing (Basic), the current JCECEB 2026 notice provides online registration followed by a written entrance test and subsequent state counselling/allotment.
